Cannonball Email

Cannonball users,  

 

As you may have heard, on April 1st, 2017 Cannonball will shut down. Cannonball was designed to make you fall in love with email again by giving you a different way to manage your email from your iPhone and iPad. We’ve worked hard each and every day to make your experience with Cannonball amazing, but the time has come to close our doors.

 

We know that saying goodbye to Cannonball will be hard for many. To help make this process as easy as possible, we have provided below some information about what this shutdown means for you.

 

What’s happening?

If you still have the app on your iPhone or iPad the app will continue to work with limited functionality. You can continue to use the app to view your email, but certain functions (such as news and unsubscribing) will stop working. We recommend transitioning to a new client.

 

As of April 1st, 2017 (the shutdown date), development and support of Cannonball will cease. There is nothing you need to do to make this transition as it will happen automatically.

 

To complete the shutdown of Cannonball, we are deleting all data and shutting down all services used for Cannonball within the next two days. This means that even if you still use the Cannonball app(s), you will no longer be able to add new accounts and we cannot support any functionality of the app moving forward.

 

Please note that this constitutes the Termination of our Services in accordance with our Terms of Service. We have also attempted to provide this information via email to all users who have not unsubscribed from our mailing list.

We’d like to thank you for using Cannonball and being part of our community. And a special thanks goes to everyone who helped us keep improving the product by providing thoughtful feedback on what you loved and didn’t love about Cannonball. You truly taught us so much and we thank you for being valuable contributors to the Cannonball experience.
